Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
I have business credit cards that have accumulated a fair amount of debt. The business is an LLC that is registered under my own social security number meaning I am the only member. If I have terminated the business can the credit card companies come after me personally for the debt and can I file bankruptcy for the business without affecting my personal credit?
