I'm in the middle of lawsuit with a customer for work performed by my company, since I have filed personal bankruptcy, I have had to shut down my business. Is my lawsuit still valid?

If the company is a seperate legal person (i.e. a corporation or LLC) then the lawsuit remains intact. If the company is you dba the biz, then this account receivable should be reported to your bankruptcy trustee, if it has not already. Consult with the attorney handling your bankruptcy before deciding what to do.

Good luck
