Cell phone transcript privacy

In a divorce proceeding, would my husband be able to get transcripts of my cell phone conversations (i.e., find out who I talked to and what was said)? The cell phone account is in his name.

He cannot get transcripts of conversations, as they are unlikely to exist. He can get a list of telephone numbers of those called and those who called in.
