Legal Question in Technology Law in Missouri

I began taking a sleeping Rx and the first night changed all my email passwords etc. in an amnesiac stupor. Yahoo tells me in a thick Indian accent that they can not help me. There must be a way. I need the emails as proof of workplace mistreatment to get an employment law attorney to even listen to me. I have lost my job, my home, have no money to pay the attorney up front to get the emails (rock and hardplace catch 22). I need Yahoo to tell me how to get them but they won't even tell me who to contact and I have scoured the web for any help. Below is my new Yahoo address.

Are the emails in your work email account? If so, you will not be able to access them, and will have to subpoena them. The process for filing suit, obtaining a subpoena for the email records, and any employment law issues will be governed by Missouri law, and you will need a Missouri attorney to help you.

Surely, a Missouri attorney will at least listen to you. However, it is possible that even if the emails say what you allege, you may not have a case, and that may be why a Missouri attorney is not helping you.
