Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri

I recently sued Jay Wolfe Honda for a lemon car and the first 2 times nobody showed up to court the 3rd time still no one showed up and I won the case by having more then enough evidence to prove I was cheated but they appealed my verdict so I went back to court again

and discovered my judge does business with jay wolfe Honda I assumed that she would still be fair but she decided in favor of jay wolfe Honda and I think it has to do

with your personal relationship with the

company. I really need some help I would like to know if there is anything else I can do or do I have to accept the verdict?

Based upon the facts you described, the judge may have had to recuse herself from the case. You did not elaborate on what you meant by "does business" so it is impossible to determine if yours' is one of the cases. You also did not indicate at what appellate level the case is set. You should consult directly with litigation counsel in your area. Perhaps there is time for you to do something. Do not hesitate, as time is working against you.
