Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I've had this car for two and half weeks. It has a 30 day warranty on it and the dealership is avoiding me. They are very aware of the repairs needed, but has put no effort to fix the car or contact me. The car is is no longer safe for me to drive. Do I have the option of returning the car? The contract terms does not say I can nor does it say I can't.

The facts of these cases are what determines the outcome. Make sure you can prove you made the warranty claim within the thirty day (and mileage) period. Make the wrranty claim in writing. If they do nto honor it. you may have to sue them to get damges. Many attorneys oiffer a free or low cost intitial consultation. Go see one to have them evaluate teh specific facts of you matter.

Good luck
