Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I have a judgement against me for a credit card that was previously included in a bankruptcy but purchased by someone else. The judgement has already been entered but the original card was dismissed in the bankruptcy. What can I do to fight this? It was entered in another county( I live in Saint Louis, MO and the judgement is in Kansas City, MO). Please advise...

Hire an attorney in K.C. to have the judgment set aside and to look into filing suit against the company that took the judgment. In all likelihood that company violated the Fair Debt collections Practices Act.
