Can I be arrested for riding in my vehicle with a friend who is arrested for DWI?

There are soem scenarios where one can be arrested for allowing a perosn to drive their vehcile whiel intoxicated. You could also be found liable in civil court for whomever and whatever they damage or harm while driving your car drunk.
