Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I have been assaulted by my partner many times in Missouri . This time I filed charges and a ex parte order, she left before the sheriff showed up. Can she come back with police to get what she left?

Probably so. But, she is wanted for assault, so she probably won't ask an officer to meet with her.
