bogus charges

my ex broke into my apartment got on my computer loaded it w/ child porn and called the cops from inside my apartment. do i have any legal recourse? the police have my computer and she cleaned out my house. I never gave her permission to ever enter my home.

I suppose that if you could prove what you say is true that you could file criminal charges against her for trespass, or you could file a civil suit against her for trespass. However, it appears that you are going to need to hire a criminal defense attorney to represent you if the authorities bring charges against you based upon the child porn.
