Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
If charged with an abuse charge, but the medical records are inconsistent (doctors differ in presence of fractures), can the records be considered suspect or be excluded from the evidence?

If the medical records differ, they may each call the other question. But, the mere fact that a record differs from another, does not in itself dot not render either inaqdmissable.
