Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

Employer Won't Send W-2 & Filed Criminal Harrassment Charges

My ex-employer, Joseph C. Sansone Company, located in Chesterfield, Missouri, has failed to send me my W-2. I began to ask them for a re-send on February 1st of this year. I called them three times total. Last week, I emailed the HR director for an update and she filed a criminal harrassment complaint with their local police department. I live 500 miles away in Illinois and they are in Missouri. The police called me and said they might issue a warrant for my arrest for harrassing them about my W-2. I believe that they did this in retaliation for my filing a complaint with the IRS on February 16th, of which, I have already received the IRS's Cc to me of the letter that was mailed to Joseph C. Sansone Company.

I tried calling the police department in Chesterfield back, but the officer who is in charge of the case is never availabile. I left him a voicemail stating that there was never any harrassment and that the complaint has no merritt. I need legal advice, please.

Thank You.

I would recommend that you let an attorney contact both the police department and your former employer on your behalf.
