Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My friend was arrested Because of a pill found in his house and he didn't have a prescription for it. He had found it on the floor by the front door, and put it out of his childrens reach. What should he do?

Obviously, he should hire an attorney. If the pill was a controlled substance, it is possible that your friend will be charged with a felony. If he does not already have an attorney, he may call me for a consultation.

he should consult an attorney now because if he is charged he may be arrested again to face those charges.
