Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My son was awarded a settlement for a car accident. The judge order it to be placed in a blocked account. The bank did not place it in a blocked account my son took some money from the account and spent it. He also put money in all of our accounts. He did not spend all of the money and he will be 18 in 3 months. What can the bank do they say it is my fault.

Put as much if tge the money, that is left, back. Document how he got the money out Consult directly with a private practice attorney, in your area. Do this before you have any more communications with the bank, it the Court.
