In the first place if you are charged with these crimes then there is no doubt whatsoever that you should be represented by the best criminal defense attorney you can get. If you are already represented by counsel, you should direct ALL of your questions to him or her. The fact that the victim doesn't want to cooperate does not always effect the state's case. As I'm sure you know, the victim can be subpoened and compelled to testify. Also, there may be adequate evidence such as the testimony of other witnesses to convict the defendant of the crime(s) charged.
