Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

4'9 tall not allowed on Casino boat

27 yr old women tried going on casino boat had ticket brought all valid papaerwork birth caertificate phote college ID,speeding ticket even a boarding pass from

a month earlier and because of her being only 4'9 inches tall sercurity WOULDN"T let her on boat telling her the information she had wasn't good enough.Ieven worked on that same casino boat back in 92or93.

so I feel discriminated for being 4'9.Also,I went to the harris boat after that and they had no problem letting me on with the information.I am sick and tired of being treated like this due to my height.is there

a suit i can file against them?In my eyes this is DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!!

Height, weight, and socioeconomic class are not protected by the discrimination laws.

Although a clever lawyer might think of a way to link your height with your sex, given that women are more apt to be short than men are, perhaps you can solve your problem by giving notice to the management, present copies of

your papers, and ask to have them issue you a special card for presentation when you are ready to board the craft.
