Re: Dwi

Without meaning to sound snotty, this sounds something like, "I have brain cancer and don't want to get a doctor. Do you have suggestions on how I can operate on myself?" It might depend somewhat on what county you are in, but in virtually all counties in Missouri you will at the least take a conviction on your record and between a 300-500 fine. That is in lenient counties. Depending on whether you have prior offenses, many judges will not hesitate in imposing jail sentences where you choose to plea up without a lawyer. Most courts won't even let you do it. My advice is to ask for a continuance to hire a lawyer that can help you.
