What is the missouri statute of limitations on dui prosecutions?

The statute of limitations for a misdemeanor (such as DWI) in Missouri is one year. This means they have one year from the date of the arrest to charge you. If they put a ticket in your hand they have charged you and the Statute of Limitations is not an issue anymore. If you have other questions or want clarification call me at 913-648-7070.
