Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

In the state of MO, if an officer persues you outside of their city limits/outside of their county, are they still able to arrest you for a DUI without requesting back up from an officer within that jurisdiction?

In certain circumstances the answer would be "yes." You definitely need to hire an attorney, give him all of the facts and let him do any research that is needed to see whether you have a defense. If not, the attorney may still be able to negotiate a plea bargain that would be to your advantage.
