Is it legal for a counsel to argue regarding custody about the city versus the county area. Meaning all things said and facts point to discrimination

Re: Custody

If you are referring to St. Louis City and St. Louis County, and if you are referring to the public schools, then it would appear obvious to anyone who has researched the facts that it would be in a child's best interest to attend school in St. Louis County. The troubles that the St. Louis City schools have experienced over the last several years in particular are extensive and are well documented by the local media. Any educational expert witness would be able to overwhelm the Court with evidence supporting the legal position that the children would be better off in County schools. Race has nothing to do with it. If you are referring to something else, then please disregard this response. And, if you are involved in any case involving custody of children, please make your children's best interest your top priority.
