Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My daughters dad is currently deployed and is not providing me with any financial support. He is directly putting money in our 17 year old daughters account. Because our divorce papers state "no child support awarded at this time" the Army states he does not have to provide any financial support to me while being deployed. What are my legal options regarding this? I do not feel this is right; she is only 17 and lives with me, she does not use the money he is giving her to by groceries or housing.

It sounds like you need to seek a child support order. You can ask to modify your divorce Order.

Go to the army's judge advocate general and ask for help. Otherwise you have to sue him and a next friend appointed to represent him.
