Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I was divorced in MO. At the time my child was 17 and in high school. He is now 18 and not in school. The exact wording in my agreement is that I will pay child support "until the emancipation of the minor child or until further order of he court, whichever shall first occur". What exactly does that mean and am I still obligated to continue making those payments?

If your child is not attending college, it appears that your child support obligation has ended. You shoudl consult with the attorney that represented you in the divorce/support case, as to how to terminate the support.

Good luck
