Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Our granddaughter has stayed with us for the last 7 months she is 6 years old and our son lives here too her other grandmother has legal guardianship of her and her brother up until a week ago the legal guardian had not had a thing to do with her but then they decided to jerk her out of here and send her to live with another aunt on the other side so they could take her to florida my question is can we do anything to get this child back?
