Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband wants a divorce and I don't. He wants to do an online divorce to save money and told me I need to fill out debts to be paid by wife. We have a 12 yr old son and he wants to "nest" so my son has continuity and we would take turns leaving the house instead. I don't want to leave at all, the house is in both our names. He's been fixing up a room at his dad's in preparation for his turn to leave. What rights do I have in Missouri to refuse to leave my house? What would be the most beneficial move for the well being of my son? He's the one I care about at this point.

Do not EVER do an "internet divorce", and stop listening to your husband from this point forward. You need to consult with and hire an attorney. Call me at 314-727-2822 for a free telephone consultation. I may be able to help you.
