Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I was married to a man for 11 years who retired from the military, how do I go about filing for my part of his pension. I would like to do this without hiring an attorney if possible because I am on public assistance and am not working at this time.

Since your question says "was married" I will assume that you are divorced now. Per your Separation Agreement, are you entitled to a part of his pension? After you figure out that question, and if the answer is "yes", then you would proceed to enforce the Separation Agreement.
