Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a parenting plan from Missouri which states under Education and Extracurricular Expenses: If the parties agree on any extracurricular activity, then the parties shall each pay 50% of said expenses that are incurred by agreement.

Question: Can I agree but state the amount I will contribute?
