Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

What rights do I have as a father to 2 children? Their mother and I are seperated but never married. She won't allow me to see them or talk to them. I have no criminal record or anything like that. Please help!

Unfortunately for you, you do not have any legal rights concerning the children until you obtain a Judgment in Court. This Judgment may need to determine paternity unless you signed affidavits of paternity or were administatively determined to be the father by the Missouri Family Support Division. The Judgment would also determine issues of legal custody and physical custody. Finally, the Judgment would include child support. I have handled literally hundreds of these cases over the last 35 years, and I might be able to offer my services to you for a reasonable fee. Please feel free to contact me if you do not already have an attorney. I will be glad to offer you a free telephone consultation.
