Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I need help my son Austin is 3 and has been telling me that his moms boyfriend is hurting her so i contacted dcf and they got involved with it all long story short i went and filed an op against her because she was subjecting Austin to domestic violince and the case worker told me that's what i should do ... and now i find out 2 days before we go to court for the op that this guy beat her and is on the run from the cops.... she had to go to a safe house with Austin... we have joint custody of Austin and he resides with her. what way could i go about doing something fast so i can rescue my son from this .....please help me im freaking out we got court at 130 tomorrow afternoon do you think the judge will do something about this?
