Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My sons Mother has just passed and im trying to see my son. Her parents have him and refuse to even answer the phone. We havent been together in awhile and there was never a custudy agreement . What are my rights ?

If you are the father, you're his only parent. You can seek custody through a Petition to the Court. You need to consult directly with a family law attorney. You need specific advice as to the particular facts of your situation, more than general information based upon a general description.
