Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have been getting spousal maintenance in a legal separation for past year now, husband has been on temporary disability for past two months will go back to work in March. He has only been giving me half the alimony that is stated in our agreement with a promise to pay me back when he can, now that he's getting better he sais he will seek to not have to give me back pay. Our agreement is for the next 6 years and states that spousal maintenance is non-modifiable, will the courts allow him to not pay me back Ive spent thousands of dollars to cover bills while he was sick , I'm even afraid he will seek to have maintenance lessened. He also wants to try to file for medical bankruptcy because of hospital bills , he makes good money when he works. We live in Ofallon, Mo.

No. If it is not modifiable he has to pay and he can't discharge the debt in bankruptcy
