Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

The state of Missouri is filing criminal charges against my ex for non-support. If he hires a lawyer, how much of my personal finances will be brought forward? I've been on public assistance since the separation/divorce.

There will probably be very little mention of your personal finances. The fact that you are getting governmental assistance. Unless, there is evidence that he supplied support directly to you, there may not be any other mention of your finances.
