Is there a Statute of Limitations for retrieving back child support in the State of Missouri?

There are cases in Missouri that have held that a money judgment only survives for ten years. That ten year period may be extended by "reviving" the judgment. This would require a relatively simple clerical procedure in court.That ten year period is also extended by any payments or other collections made on the money judgment. So, to answer your question, you may be out of luck if it has been ten years or longer since the judgment or since the last payment on the judgment.
