trustee

my husband's mother recently passed away and her property went ot a trustee.what we would like to know since this trustee was not listed in the will can he contest it and have someone else assigned as trustee?

Generally speaking, I would suggest that you need to obtain a copy of the Trust document itself and then have it reviewed by an attorney. It may be that you are named as a beneficiary of the trust and have certain legal rights as a result. The trust document itself may also contain a provision for the removal of the Trustee under certain circumstances.
