Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I just won a trial whereby I was granted 50/50 custody of my daughter, residential parent, several thousand in attorneys fees, among a couple other things. The child's mother has filed a motion to amend. Considering the judgment was a 40 page document and we waited for 6 months (i.e. the judge was thorough), what are the chances of someone winning a motion to amend in front of the same judge?

Without knowing the facts of the case, and the identity of the judge, it is impossible to make such a prediction. However, as the mother would have to show a material change in the situation of the child, it seems a motion to amend would be tough to win.

Good luck
