Re: collection on judgment

Many attorneys are capable of helping you collect your judgment if it is collectible. If you do not already have an attorney and you are in the Eastern part of the state, you may contact me for a consultation.

Re: collection on judgment

There are many collection agencies (law firms doing collections) who could assist you in collecting this matter. You probably want a firm close to the geographic area where your judgment debtor resides. It will be necessary to file garnishments and execute on property to collect the judgment. You should look for someone who has "creditor representation" in their firm resume. If your case is close to Cole or Boone County, I would be happy to refer you to a few of the better firms in this area.
