when do you as aperson have the right to sue if you are being harrassed?

harassment is actionable if it produces damages. Damages are of two types: economic and noneconomic. Economic damages are monies paid for services (doctor bills, medications for stress). Noneconomic damages are things like loss of sleep, loss of enjoyment of life, pain, suffering, disability and disfigurement.

If you can prove damages relating to the harassment you should see a lawyer to have him or her evaluate your case.
