Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Missouri

How long does it take to recieve information about court date or if you have been charged for a crime or not? I was pulled over on October 16th, 2010, and still I haven't heard about anything. How long does it usually take to hear anything?

There isn't aset amount of time, short of the statute of limitations for the cirme you are accused of. That is a matter of months or years. Short of that, you can try to call the court that yrou case would be in. Or you can check Casenet. Since you indicated that this is a juvenile matter, there may not be much public information. Perhaps your parent or guardian could get access to more information.
