Dead beat renter in trailer park

I recently purchased a trailer park where the tenants own their own trailers. One tenant only paid lot rent one month last year. He has not paid this month's lot rent. I want to get rid of him. How do I go about it?

You file an action for rent and possession. You may also have a lien on his trailer. You should consult an attorney about how to proceed because these lawsuits are easy to screw up, even for experienced landlords. If you don't have this experience, then you need legal help.
