Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I gave deposit first months rent water and trash to the landlord in Nevada Missouri I did not take possession of the property and he will not respond any of the money

If it has been longer than two weeks, you may need to sue. You should consult a civil practice attorney, in your area. You may be entitled to recoup your legal fees from the landlord.
