Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Missouri

My husband had a shunt revision 3 years ago, during this time, he lost some of his memory, and he stumbled alot. Because of this, he couldn't work. 1 year and 3 months later, he had to have another shunt revision, the doctor said at that time that the previous doctor had put it in backwards. 17 days later, he had another revision, because this one was also in backwards. All of these doctors are in the same office. There were 3 different doctors. After the first one 3 years ago my husband tried to tell the doctor that something wasn't right and he said that all of the memory would come back. They just blew it off as if he didn't know what he was talking about. He had 7 previous revisions, he had never had those issues before. Due we have a case against these doctors?

I would need to obtain all of the medical records and have them reviewed by another doctor to determine whether any of duty of care was breached. Then, I could properly evaluate whether or not a viable cause of action exists. My firm performs the initial investigation free of charge and works on a pure contingency fee basis. Feel free to call if you would like to receive a free initial consultation and make the arrangements to have the records reviewed.
