Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

I had an accident in 2011 jan they brought a law suit for injuries and it was s3et for court in 2013 the amount at the time was 100,000. for each they ar4e now saying that there are tgoing to raise the amount and are going ro 300,000.and 200,000. each can they just change what theare suing for.

The statements you describe, sound like posturing in the negotiation. However, if they are now talking about figures that exceed your liability coverage, you need to discuss it with your attorney very soon. Although your insurer is paying the fees, the attorney is still your attortney. You may wish to offrer to settle for policy limnits without a trial.
