School Injury

I was just wondering if I should get an attorney for my daughter? She fell at her school during gym class and broke her elbow. She is eleven years old. Her gym teacher didn't even go to help her, the other class gym teacher helped her.

Make sure your health insurance, not the school's, pays for your child's medical needs. This will be very important later. While your daughter has some time to file a suit or make a claim, I would advise you not to delay. Investigation becomes more difficult with each aspassing day!
