Building problem
We built a house and there
is a pile of dirt on our property left by the builder.
We want to use it but the builder won't let use it and they won't move it off of our property. Can we leagally use this dirt?

Yiu can give the builder written notice that he has a limited period of time to remove the dirt without harming anything and that if not removed by the time provided it will be deemed abandonned. You might also mention (if you want the builder tomove it rather than leave it, that trespass calls for treble damages.
