i got a loan for a house my husband was not on this because he was self employed but not for two years so his income was not considered he had a heart attack in june and went on life support a few days later i went to the closing of the house because i was afraid of being sued i did not need any thing else to worry about at the closing they needed his name on some papers he was unable to breath on his own much less sign papers i went to pieces the real estate agent signed his name without anyones permission do i have any legal grounds for a lawsuit

To file asuit while your husband is alive, requires damges. If you intended to get a loan, and got that loan, then you were not damaged. Your husband may have a claim against the realtor, because his supposed signature appears on a document that may cost him money, and credit problems. The state may have a criminal claim against the realtor, for fraud and forgery. The lender may have a claim against the realtor for fraud. If you are very upset abaout this, then I suggest that you contact the real estate licensing board and lodge a complaint.
