land locked access

I am land locked and have used a lane for the past 17 yrs to get to my driveway and the lane to get to the 45 acres at the back. Recently our neighbors sold and the new owner is keeping me off the back 45 acres by putting a fence up to my driveway and gating it off. He says he owns the entire lane. Can he do this?
