Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I live in Liberty, MO (64068), where my neighbor and I split a slab of concrete driveway. My neighbor has decided that he doesn't want anyone to touch his side of the driveway so he's glued 5 inch nails all along his side about 1 inch from the dividing property line. The city code does not condemn this behavior. Is there some state law that could help me to get the nails removed? There's no fence around his property to prevent children from walking through and hurting themselves. I would like to sell my house and move, but fear that this action will prevent anyone from purchasing my home.

You might write him a friendly reminder to let his home owner's policy insurer know that he has this dangerous condition in a place where neighborhood children might roam. If possibly send a copy to his insurer. Or you could erect a fence or other obstruction on your side of the driveway.

Good luck
