Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

WE are not married, were engaged at one point and purchased a house together. we are both on the deed, does she have the right to not allow me to live there?

No, if you are both on the deed then you each have exactly the same right to possession. Often in these situations one person or the other goes to court and obtains an Order of Protection keeping the other person out of the home. In many cases, we ned to file a Suit in Partition to deal with the problem. I advise people not to purchase real estate with someone else before they are married, but in your case you will have to deal with the legal consequences.
