Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

Quick claim deed

How do I get an illegal signed quick claim deed with someone else's name on it, removed? He put his mane on my property without my knowledge. It is my grandson. I am 97 years old.

Re: Quick claim deed

The only way to resolve the deed issue is to file a suit for quiet title. In this suit you will tell the court that your relative forged your signature to a deed. The court, in all likelihood, will believe you and set aside the fraudulant deed and reaffirm your individual ownership of the property.

If you would like help in the preparation of such litigation, please contact me.
