Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I have a property that I canot afford it has alot of prolems the current tenant cannot pay the rent and I can't keep paying the mortage in order to keep my credit clear.I owe 125,000 the current property value around on this particular house is around 130,00 to 140,000.I also owe taxes on this house.I feel stuck with this property because its in such bad shape noone will buy it.

You did not ask a question. But, it appears that youa re asking for suggestions. Have you considered Deeding the property to your lender? It would most likely prevent them from foreclsoing. You need to evict the renters ASAP.
