Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

i recieved a ticket for going down a road with a road closed sign. but the sign was a spray painted piece of wood in the middle of the street. is that legal, shouldn't it have to be a regulation sign..

It sounds like you may have a good defense to the ticket. If you do not feel comfortable ro confident representing yourself, contact an attorney in your area. Hopefully, you got a picture of the sign.
